I was horrified when I heard how Turing was treated after what he contributed to the war effort. My purpose has always been to help people to succeed at work by making sure they get the training need to flourish.
It is so shocking too how Turing was treated after the war. And many others like him. I find it hard to read stories of others who are targeted, especially for things that make them who they are. Very sad

We need a sense of that urgency for our lives so we don't waste it on things that matter less.
We're told to focus on so many things that if we step back and reflect, aren't that important.
A personal mission keeps the home fires burning.
