Ooh I loved this exercise! What a wonderful journey. Though I must admit, I was surprised when a clown's head - like a Jack-in-the-Box - jumped out when I opened the lid! I definitely think it was a good sign that I need more fun and spontaneity and play in my life and with the problem I was thinking about, so that was really interesting and insightful! Thank you!!! <3
Ahaha breaking my tailbone the next day wasn't the intention I'd had in mind! But it's been an interesting lesson in slowing down, walking rather than riding, and appreciating the things I'd otherwise take for granted! Though I have had to cancel a road trip and easter getaway I was looking forward to, so I'll have to find some way of replacing that!
Oh crap, sorry you've had to book easter trips. But the slowing down for us overdoers, even when we think we're pacing, brings up some interesting feelings. Hope it heals well x
